Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of ground shipping. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Fee

For the US: We charge a $7.99 shipping fee for each order via USPS/UPS. The delivery time usually takes 3-7 business days.

The products can be delivered to the forty-six states in America except for Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

International shipping: We have local EU/JP warehouses so we support orders from European and Japanese buyers.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
Order is pending credit approval and verification.
A product is currently out of stock.
An order that requires customization.
An order is shipped to a remote country.
Order security verification.
